    After the response to Hurricane Barry last week, Dr. Joe Holley is back from his deployment with the federal Incident Support Team (IST). He took some time for a short call with host Jamie Davis to talk about the response and some of the lessons learned. Joe also recounts what he saw first hand in the field that has him hopeful that preparedness lessons a being taken seriously by people in storm-prone areas.
